After graduation I went to OU, got a degree in business/finance and was an ATO. I moved to NYC and was a commercial real estate appraiser. I was transferred to Denver and then to Washington DC. I changed jobs in 1975 and was a VP for a large commercial real estate mortgage company in Atlanta. While in Atlanta, I began making loans, investing in shopping centers and got married in 1977 at the ripe old age of 35. My lovely wife was from Texas and we moved to Houston in 1977. I developed real estate in the Houston area until 1995 when we moved back to Atlanta/Roswell. I worked with an old friend in a mortgage business and then moved last November to Weatherford, Texas to be near Darlene's family. It may leave one with the impression that I cannot "put down roots." I disagree because I was always listed in the Telephone Book!
