Although I grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Hawthorne, Taft and NWC, in my Senior year, we moved to the Chicago area where I graduated from New Trier H.S. in Wilmette, IL. We moved back to OKC the next year and I attended Central State. In 1961, Joe Cole (Class of '58) and I were married and have been happily married since. I worked while Joe went to Med School at OU. After Joe's graduation, we lived all over the East coast in Philadelphia, Connecticut, and Washington D.C. courtesy of the U.S. Navy. While Joe was doing his submarine medicine tour I began raising dogs. We came back to Oklahoma in 1975, settling in Tulsa where Joe established his practice in ocular surgery. I now teach dog obedience, training for people with special needs and have worked to elevate 2 dogs to obedience championship. We have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and look forward to renewing old acquaintances
